Langwen's Penitence and Prayer

Langwen knelt and prayed at the Talos shrine inside Vjaarnvald Barrow, located deep enough inside the ruins so that the Thalmor wouldn't be able to find it. Neither, for that matter, would Langwen's wife Darena, if it came to that. Langwen just needed a place where she could be alone with her thoughts...and with all the things that she had done in the name of Empire, Gods, fame, wealth and honour. All Wood Elves are lethal archers and Langwen was carrying on her back a wedding gift from Skyrim's oldest and noblest of families, the clan Gray-Mane of the city of Whiterun. The family patriarch worked the Skyforge, which could forge the most lethal steel and ebony blades as well as bows and arrows. Langwen's bow is called the Daedra Slayer and can pierce even Daedric plate armour as if it were soup.
